Booking conditions:

Service at your home for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people.
For more than 10 people, a butler will be charged.

50% deposit on quotation with “For approval” to confirm order.

All deposit payments will be made via bank transfer (or checks, cash) after validation of quotation.
Possibility of full payment in one instalment.
The number of guests must be confirmed by the customer 5 days before the date of the event.
The number announced will serve as the minimum basis for invoicing.
The balance must be paid on receipt of the invoice on the day of the event.
All invoices are payable on receipt or in cash.

Non-payment of due dates will result, for due dates before receipt, in suspension of the reservation and, for due dates after receipt, in late payment penalties equal to 3 times the legal interest rate.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation within 72 hours is free of charge - deposit refunded.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Ochatocesoir reserves the right to keep the deposit paid if this rule is not respected.
Cancellation within 24 hours: the full amount of the quote will be claimed as compensation.
